The Law Firm BLAHA, ERBEN & PARTNERS was formed on 1 July 1990 as one of the first law firms after the privatization of the advocacy in the Slovak Republic. Original Law Firm was founded by JUDr. Anton BLAHA and JUDr. Pavol ERBEN, however, during its existence it has significantly expanded and has become one of the largest laws firms within Slovakia since the adoption of the first Act on the Legal Profession, under which the legal profession was promoted to the status of a liberal profession. The Law Firm BLAHA, ERBEN & PARTNERS is a Slovak law firm and there have been no foreign capital investments or contributions made to provide any financial support of its activities.
