JUDr. Anton Blaha, CSc. was admitted to the Slovak Bar Association in 1963.

He specialises in commercial, civil, tax and labour law. He was elected the first President of the Slovak Bar Association after 1990, and later took the office of the Vice-president. He still sits on various bodies of the Slovak Bar Association. He is the author and co-author of school books and university textbooks. He used to teach at the Faculty of Law at Comenius University and at the University of Economics in Bratislava. Upon accession of the Slovak Republic to the European Union he initiated the project “Lawyer before European Courts” (2004). He is the author of several articles published in peer-reviewed journals, and he has also published a number of articles on various topics of general interest.

JUDr. Pavol Erben was admitted to the Slovak Bar Association in 1978.

He specialises in international, commercial, civil law, international company consultancy, he is an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Bratislava, International Court of Arbitration of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce in Vienna, and the only Slovak arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris. He is the Head of the Slovak Delegation in the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE), former member of the Slovak Bar Association Council and First Honorary Consul of the Consulate of Canada in the Slovak Republic.

JUDr. Juraj Erben was admitted to the Slovak Bar Association in 2006.

In 2001 he attended the Legal English Course in Los Angeles, and he also took part in practical training in a law firm in Austria. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Comenius University in 2002; after his graduation he did his military service at the Regional Military Court in Bratislava where he specialised in criminal law. He specialises in commercial law and company law, civil law, leasing and loans. He became the Partner in the Law Firm Blaha, Erben & Partners in 2006.

Mgr. Karol Haťapka was admitted to the Slovak Bar Association in 1998.

He specialises in commercial and tax law, privatisations and bankruptcies.

JUDr. Pavel Jurek was admitted to the Slovak Bar Association in 1995.

Before being admitted to the Slovak Bar Association he was a judge. He specialises in commercial and international law, and co-operates mainly with international corporations.
